What does "void" mean?
A voided bet is cancelled, and your stake is returned to your balance.
If one selection in a combo is voided, it counts as odds 1.00 and the rest of the combo is settled as normal. See A selection in my combo bet was voided.
A ticket with a voided or postponed selection doesn't count towards weekly promotions.
Was it voided, or did it land on the line?
Sometimes your stake comes back because of the result, not because the bet was voided. For example:
You bet Over/Under 3 goals and exactly 3 goals are scored.
An Asian handicap ends exactly on the line.
You bet Draw No Bet and the match ends in a draw.
Common reasons a bet is voided
The match was postponed or abandoned and not completed in time. The time allowed depends on the sport. Outcomes already decided still stand, and if an official result is given, bets are settled on it. See Rules for Postponed & Abandoned Matches.
A player or team didn't take part. For example, a goalscorer who didn't play, a driver who didn't start, or a tennis player who retired before the first set was finished.
The format or venue changed. For example, a club friendly not played as 2×45 minutes, a fight with a changed number of rounds, an esports match with a changed format, or a match moved to a different venue.
No Contest, walkover or forfeit. For example, a fight declared No Contest, or a match forfeited or awarded as a walkover before it started.
An error. For example, odds clearly different from the market, a reversed handicap or wrong teams, a bet accepted as pre-match after the event had already started, or live odds that were wrong because the coverage was delayed. We can correct these even after a bet has been settled.
Rule breaches. For example, betting on an event you can influence, several accounts betting together, or combining connected selections in one bet.
