Epicverse is Epicbet's loyalty programme. All eligible players are enrolled automatically, and it's free.
How it works: Play → earn XP and Coins → unlock Shop items → buy the rewards you want.
How do I earn XP?
You earn XP on real-money bets in the Sportsbook and Casino.
Sportsbook: XP depends on the odds and the stake. You can see how much XP a bet gives directly in the betslip. XP is awarded after the bet settles. Cashed-out, cancelled or voided bets give no XP.
Casino: XP depends on the game type, the game's RTP and the stake. Unfinished or cancelled game rounds give no XP.
No XP for: Poker, Epic Jackpot bets.
Casino XP per €1 bet
Slots with RTP 80%–97%: 1 XP
Slots with RTP 97.01%–97.49%: 0.70 XP
Slots with RTP 97.50%–97.99%: 0.50 XP
Slots with RTP 98%–99.99%: 0.10 XP
Game shows: 0.50 XP
Roulette: 0.20 XP
Blackjack, Baccarat, Sic Bo, card games, dice, Mines, Crash, video poker, video bingo, scratch cards, Plinko, wheel and other games: 0.10 XP
Some individual games give 0.10 XP: French Roulette Gold, Auto-Roulette La Partage and Cash or Crash (Evolution), Auto Mega Roulette and Lucky 6 Roulette (Pragmatic Play Live).
Epic Coins and Coin Drops
As you earn XP, your Coin Progress Bar fills up. When it's full, a Coin Drop becomes available. Open it to collect Epic Coins.
The number of Coins in each drop is personal to you. It's calculated when you reach the drop, based on your activity, so it can't be shown in advance.
Coins have no cash value and can't be withdrawn. They can only be used in the Epicverse Shop.
Coins may expire. If they do, you'll get an email at least 30 days before.
Tiers and Milestones
XP moves you through Milestones. When you complete all Milestones in a Tier, you reach the next Tier. Higher Tiers and Milestones unlock more Shop items and higher cashback and rakeback. Your progress is shown on the Tier and Milestone Progress Bar in Epicverse.
The Epicverse Shop
Use your Coins to buy rewards in the Shop, such as Free Spins and Locked Bonus rewards for Sports and Casino. Each item has a Coin price and is unlocked through your Tier and Milestone progress. Items you've redeemed can't be refunded.
Missions
Missions are challenges that give extra Coins, XP and other rewards, for example placing bets on different sports or trying new casino games.
Each Mission's conditions and rewards are shown under the "information" button on the mission card.
Only real-money bets count, unless the Mission says otherwise. Campaign bets (for example Mount Epic, Triple Crown or King of Odds) don't count unless the Mission says so.
Claim your Mission reward before the Mission ends (23:59 UTC on the end date). Unclaimed rewards expire.
Cashback and Rakeback
Casino Cashback and Casino Rakeback are part of Epicverse. As you progress through Tiers and Milestones, your percentage increases, up to 20% weekly Casino Cashback and 10% Casino Rakeback.
If your account was created before Epicverse launched, your cashback and rakeback start at 10% until you unlock a higher level.
If your account was created after 28.05.2026 10:00 EEST, cashback and rakeback become available at Level 30.
Rakeback is not available in Chile.

Common questions
Can support add XP, Coins or levels to my account?
No. XP, Coins and progress are calculated automatically from your play and Missions.
Why didn't my sports bet give XP?
XP is only awarded once a bet has settled. Cashed-out, cancelled and voided bets don't give XP.
Why do I get so little XP on some casino games?
Casino XP depends on the game type and RTP. Table games and high-RTP slots give less XP per €1 than standard slots (see the table above).
Can my Tier change?
Tier and Milestone status may be permanent, time-limited or seasonal, and can be reviewed or reset.
Can I leave Epicverse?
Yes. Contact our support team and we'll turn it off for your account.
