Casino Cashback gives you back a percentage of your weekly net casino losses. It's part of Epicverse, and your percentage depends on your Epicverse progress, up to 20%.
Who gets cashback, and how much?
Your cashback percentage increases as you progress through Epicverse Tiers and Milestones, up to 20%.
If your account was created before Epicverse launched, your cashback starts at 10% until you unlock a higher level.
If your account was created after 28.05.2026 10:00 EEST, cashback becomes available at Level 30 in Epicverse.

When is cashback calculated and paid?
Cashback is calculated on your net casino losses for the week, Thursday 00:00 to Wednesday 23:59:59.
It's paid out on Thursdays at 01:00 local time.
The minimum cashback is €2 and the maximum is €2,000.
Cashback is paid in the reward currency active on your account at the start of the cashback period.
How do I use my cashback?
Cashback arrives as a Locked Bonus in your rewards. Cashback only appears in your rewards or inventory once it becomes eligible for activation.
Activate it within 7 days. If you don't, it expires.
After activating, wager it 5 times within 7 days. Then the remaining amount becomes real money.
Example: if you get €10 cashback, activate it and place €50 in casino bets within 7 days. What remains after that is yours to keep or withdraw.
How is the net loss calculated?
Net loss = Bets − Wins − Progressive jackpot wins − Free Spins winnings with no wagering requirement − Net bonus winnings moved from the Bonus Wallet to the Main Wallet − Cash claimed during the cashback period.
How bonuses affect it: locked bonuses are played with your own money first, then with the bonus money. When a bonus is completed, the net bonus winnings are deducted from your losses. Your own remaining funds are not. Example with a €50 deposit and a €50 bonus (€100 total):
Completed with €49 left: all €49 counts as net bonus winnings.
Completed with €70 left: €50 counts as net bonus winnings, and €20 is your own remaining funds.
Completed with €150 left: €100 counts as net bonus winnings, and €50 is your own remaining funds.

What doesn't count?
Cashback only applies to casino games. Sports bets and Poker don't count.
Epic Jackpot bets don't count.
Some games may be excluded from the cashback calculation.
Why didn't I get cashback?
You haven't yet reached the Epicverse level that unlocks cashback (accounts created after 28.05.2026: Level 30).
Your casino result for the week wasn't a net loss.
Your cashback was below the €2 minimum.
The cashback wasn't activated within 7 days and has expired.
Your play was on games or bets that don't count (see above).
Provisional cashback did not meet the minimum threshold and reset to zero mid-period.

What happens if my account is restricted or blocked?
Temporary Account Blocks: Cashback remains claimable for up to seven days during temporary blocks. Ensure the issue is resolved within this period to claim it.
Permanent Account Blocks: When an account is permanently blocked, the existing cashback cycle expires, and previously accrued cashback cannot be restored. A new cashback cycle starts from zero upon reactivation.
Casino Section Restrictions: Cashback is forfeited if the casino section is restricted or closed. Future rewards or bonuses for the restricted product are also forfeited. Whether lost rewards might be credited after the restriction ends is at the operator’s discretion.
Exclusions Impacting Wagering: If you are excluded or blocked and cannot complete wagering requirements, cashback cannot be withdrawn. In some cases, once the exclusion ends, you may request a review for alternative options, subject to approval.
