What is the Jackpot?
The Jackpot has four tiers: Mini, Super, Mega and Epic. Each tier grows on its own from a fixed starting (seed) value, and there is no upper limit. When a tier is won, it resets to its seed value or higher.

There is one shared Jackpot pool across Epicbet, ReSpin and Shokker. The current value of each tier is shown on the Jackpot page and updates in near real time. If the amount you see differs from the amount recorded on our server when the win happens, you are paid the server amount.
If your account isn't in EUR, values are converted at €1 = $1 = 1 USDT and €1 = 1,000 CLP.
How do I take part?
Turn on the Jackpot feature once. It stays on until you turn it off.
Casino and Sportsbook have separate switches, and so does each brand.
You choose your Jackpot bet amount when you turn it on.
Taking part is optional. When you turn the feature on, you agree to the Jackpot Rules.
What is a Jackpot bet?
A Jackpot bet is a separate side bet that is placed automatically with each casino or sportsbook bet while you're opted in. Your balance is charged for your main stake plus the Jackpot bet.
The Jackpot bet is between €0.05 and €100, or the equivalent in your currency.
It is placed with real money from your balance, not with bonuses, free bets or rewards. We may sometimes pay for Jackpot bets on your behalf as a promotion. This doesn't change your chance of winning.
If your main bet fails or is cancelled, your Jackpot bet still stands.
Jackpot bets are non-refundable, even if the sports event hasn't started or your main bet doesn't win.
If you don't have enough funds, or a Sustainable Gaming limit applies, the Jackpot bet isn't placed. Your main bet can still go ahead if you have enough funds for it.
About 80% of every Jackpot bet goes into the Jackpot pool. Part of that grows the current tiers, and part is set aside to restart each tier after a win. The overall return to player (RTP) of the Jackpot bet is 80%.
Whether Jackpot bets count towards wagering, cashback or other rewards depends on the rules of each promotion.
How are winners decided?
Each Jackpot bet gives you one chance to win any of the four tiers. A higher Jackpot bet raises that chance in proportion, but it doesn't give you extra entries.
A random number generator decides the result as soon as your Jackpot bet is placed. Your game or sports bet result has no effect on it. We don't guarantee any specific odds.
The wheel you see after a win is only an animation, because the prize is decided before it spins.
You can win one tier or several tiers at once. The same player can win more than once, purely by chance.
Our support team has no control over Jackpot results.
What happens when I win?
You'll see an announcement on screen. You can skip the animation.
The prize is added to your balance automatically as real money, and the tier resets.
Jackpot prizes follow the normal withdrawal terms. We may need to verify your account before you can withdraw.
Prizes are final and can't be exchanged for other rewards.
We may announce winners publicly (username or alias, amount and date), in line with our Privacy Policy. If you don't want this, tell customer support in writing.
Connection problems and errors
If your connection is delayed for more than 30 seconds, the affected Jackpot bet isn't processed. If something goes wrong, we may correct it, void the affected bets or prizes, or pause the Jackpot. Where your screen and our server records differ, the server records apply. If you notice an error, please tell customer support.
Fair play
Irregular play, cheating or exploiting bugs is not allowed. If this happens, we may disqualify the account, void its Jackpot bets and take back any prize, including one already paid.
