Why do I need to wager my deposit before withdrawing?

All deposits must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw them. Here's how it works and where to see what's left.

The rule

All money you deposit must be wagered at least once (1x the deposited amount) before you can withdraw it. This is part of our Terms and Conditions.

For example, if you deposit €50 and place €30 in bets, you still have €20 left to wager.

Where to see what's left

When you request a withdrawal, the withdrawal page shows how much you still need to wager.

You'll be asked to confirm if you still want to send the request. If you do, the withdrawal will be declined, because the deposit hasn't been wagered yet.

Wager the remaining amount first, then withdraw.

What about bonus money?

Bonus money is kept in a separate bonus wallet. You can only withdraw from your main wallet, so bonus money can't be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is complete. You can follow your bonus progress in My Rewards under In Progress.
