How to withdraw

  1. Open the menu (top right) and select Withdraw. You can also tap the + button and choose the Withdraw tab.

  2. Choose your withdrawal method and select your bank or account.

  3. Enter the amount and confirm.

The estimated processing time is shown before you confirm. We'll email you when the withdrawal is complete.

Where your money goes

Wherever possible, withdrawals go back to the method you last deposited with:

  • Card → the same card.

  • Bank account → the same bank account.

If your card can't receive withdrawals, use the method connected to your bank. Withdrawals can only go to accounts in your own name.

Can't withdraw? Check these first

  • Deposit not wagered: all deposited money must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw it. See the Help Center article "Why do I need to wager my deposit before withdrawing?"

  • Bonus wagering: if you have an active bonus, finish its wagering requirement first.

  • Verification: we may ask for documents before approving a withdrawal. Open the menu, go to Verification and upload anything requested.

  • Minimum amount: the minimum is shown on the withdrawal page.

  • Stuck on the bank step: make sure you've selected a bank in the first field. If the page still doesn't move, try another browser or device.

Withdrawal declined?

Check your email, including spam. We send an email that explains why.

Check your status or cancel

Open the menu, go to Transactions and select the Withdrawal tab. You'll see the status of every withdrawal you've requested, and you can cancel a pending one there. To see your totals, see the Help Center article "How can I see my total deposits and withdrawals?"

Limits

You can withdraw up to €50,000 (or the equivalent in another currency) per 24 hours. For more, contact Support Chat.
